Our classes meet you where you are! What does that mean exactly? It means you will be welcomed and supported when joining us. Our full collection of classes includes options offered virtually, plus our in-person classes held in Portland, Oregon.

Sunrise yoga offers an energetic sequence designed to get you breathing and connected to your core and legs.

The practice of gentle yoga combines mindful movement and breath with standing, seated, and restful floor-based practices to nourish the body, mind, and heart.

This class is designed to help guide you toward better body awareness, posture and core control.

This class focuses on mindfulness with both seated and standing yoga poses. Students will gain balance, concentration, increased flexibility, and range of movement.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Intermediate - Advanced | METHOD: Online
Participants will fluidly move from one move to the next while connecting with their breath and challenging their overall strength, flexibility and balance.

Revive & Restore focuses on mindfulness with both seated and standing yoga poses. Students will gain balance, concentration, increased flexibility, and range of movement.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginner - Advanced | METHOD: Online
This is a full-body, resistance-based workout good for all levels. It will combine strength training and cardio to work all major muscle groups as well as cardiovascular training. Weights are recommended but household items can still be used.

After a long day, yoga is the perfect way to get you breathing deeply and back in your body. The intention of this class is to help you wind down and calm the nervous system.

Through the use of meditation techniques, each class will help calm the mind and lower stress and tension within the body.

A limited-series introduction to our ongoing Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance class. You will gain confidence, stability and improve coordination and mobility in a fun and supportive environment. Focused on forms 1-12.

Bringing balance into one's practice and life off the mat, through yoga poses, core strength exercises, standing and balance poses while being mindful of the breath and the power it has to heal and invigorate the body and calm the mind.

A high-paced 30-minute interval workout meant to get your heart pumping and muscles working.

Develop strength and balance in this version of the Tai Chi practice. You will gain confidence, stability and improve coordination and mobility in a fun and supportive environment. Expansion from the beginners series to include forms 1-24.

A fun and creative way to engage your body in exercise, Zumba offers a variety of motivating music and dance moves to encourage aerobic, resistance, and interval training practices.

Awaken and create energy within the body through sound, breath, and holding asanas (poses) in a Hatha-style practice.
