Registration

Awaken and create energy within the body through sound, breath, and holding asanas (poses) in a Hatha-style practice. The cadence of breath will inform our movements to gain strength, cultivate balance, and increase flexibility. Using this practice as a morning ritual, we build a fire within the body supporting positive wellbeing, deeper awareness, and appreciation for our unique selves to carry us through the day.

SCHEDULE: Wednesdays, 8:00-9:00 a.m. PT
LOCATION: Basecamp @ PSVMC

RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Intermediate-Advanced

SPECIAL IN-PERSON CLASS NOTES: Equipment is provided (mat, blocks, bolsters, etc.) or you can bring your own.

REGISTRATION: Requested for first time participants so that we can collect your waiver release. Once registered, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing helpful information about attending class in-person.
