Each of our wellbeing series focuses on different elements of support, through a deeper understanding of wellness by helping you take time to decompress, find balance in life through goal setting, extend compassion to yourself and others, and discover relaxation techniques.

THE WAY WE LIVE
Our wellbeing programs are taught by certified specialists with a primary goal of helping you gain confidence and feel empowered to carry forward with the tools and resources found within each class or series. Participate in all that’s offered or choose one that’s specific to where you are personally on your wellness journey.

Wellbeing Programs:
A PURPOSEFUL MINDSET. Quarterly one-hour sessions meant to inspire thoughtful and intentional goal setting behaviors. Guided by our certified health coach, discover your core motivations and identify goals personally meaningful to you.
HEALTH COACHING. Imagine someone by your side helping you crush goals, stick to healthy habits, maintain motivation, and discover resources that fit your life like a glove. A voice of encouragement, a source of fresh ideas, and a sprinkle of grace when you need it most.
LIVING IN WELLNESS. Two topic-specific sessions offered throughout the year. Develop your skills and create the strength within to help define and navigate your personal wellness journey. Through expert coaching and activities, you choose which areas are most important to you and build upon them.
