A fun and creative way to engage your body in exercise, Zumba® offers a variety of motivating music and dance moves to encourage aerobic, resistance, and interval training practices. Dancing not only benefits your cardiovascular and physical health, it’s also great for your mind and soul.

CLASS NOTE: Our Friday Zumba class supports both the English and Spanish languages allowing for a wonderful experience for all.
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with either the online access link or helpful information about attending class in-person.
LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Our Zumba classes are available as live taught, virtual classes and in-person (Portland, OR) at our two studio locations. You can choose which option works best for you or do a blend of both!
