One of the best healthy lifestyle behaviors to support heart health is to quit the use of tobacco products such as smoking, chewing, and vaping.

It’s no secret that tobacco use is bad for your health, but quitting can be easier said than done. When you’re ready to quit, Providence is here to help.

Our Providence Tobacco Cessation series utilizes the American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking program while supporting your decision to stop the use of all tobacco products: smoking, chewing, and vaping.

With quitting tobacco having such a tremendous impact on your heart health, Basecamp Prevention + Wellness, part of the Providence Heart Institute, is proud to offer this opportunity at no cost to everyone, everywhere. We believe in the power of feeling well, and that starts with having access — without burden — to the resources supporting healthy lifestyle behaviors.

PROVIDENCE TOBACCO CESSATION SERIES powered by Basecamp offers multiple sessions throughout the year and is available via an online class and in-person in Portland, OR and Hood River, OR.

  • Portland, Oregon offers in-person + online to allow access to everyone, everywhere. In-person sessions held at Basecamp on the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center campus (SW Portland, OR), online offered via Zoom.
