This Month’s Topic: Eating for Gut Health

Your gut plays an important role in your immunity and disease prevention. Our registered dietitians, Jamie and special guest Kayla, share which foods may benefit your gut health and those that may not. We'll discuss key topics for gut health that include: a fiber-rich diet, prebiotics and probiotics, and regularly enjoying a variety of whole foods.

SCHEDULE: Online, Second Wednesday of the month 12:00-12:30 p.m. PT

FREE SERIES: Registration requested for first time participants. An automated email confirmation includes online access links for both monthly classes and are good for the entire year.
