As a full-body, resistance-focused program all levels of experience can benefit from the gradual progression of intensity and exercises supporting those new to this style of practice or those establishing a more regular strength exercise schedule. Over the 12 weeks, this program begins with two videos each week and midway through increases to three video each week. Follow the instructor for in-real-time movement with sessions lasting between 20-30 minutes each.

In combination with a regular aerobic exercise routine, consistency with strength training offers an optimal combination for cardiovascular health.

  • The Sunday morning following your subscription registration you will begin receiving your weekly email.

  • Weekly email contains access to the video-based workouts for the week.

  • Our general recommendation is to give at least one day between these video sessions to aid in muscle recovery. Those “off days” should include other aerobic activities like walking, running, cycling, swimming, dancing, etc.

SPECIAL CLASS NOTES: No equipment required for these exercises; however, we encourage the use of hand weights where instructed. A light set and a slightly heavier set are great options (ex. 5-pound and 10-pound sets).
