Yogurt Curry Dressing

Ingredients
¾ c yogurt
¼ c low-fat buttermilk
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
2 tsp honey
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
pinch black pepper
Directions
Whisk the yogurt and buttermilk. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring until well mixed. For a thicker consistency that can be used for dips, refrigerate overnight.
Notes
This dressing will keep in the refrigerator up to two weeks.
