Yogurt Curry Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¾ c yogurt

  • ¼ c low-fat buttermilk

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • pinch black pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk the yogurt and buttermilk. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring until well mixed. For a thicker consistency that can be used for dips, refrigerate overnight.

Notes

  • This dressing will keep in the refrigerator up to two weeks.
