Watermelon Berry Fruit Salad

Ingredients
½ medium watermelon, cubed, about 4-6 c
1 ½ c strawberries, sliced
1 ½ c raspberries
1 ½ c cherries, pitted and halved
1 lime, zested and juiced, about 2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
Directions
Wash and prep all fruit and place into a large bowl.
Add the lime zest, lime juice, and honey. Gently toss to coat, then sprinkle with fresh mint.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Use any summer fruit of your choosing. Honeydew, cantaloupe, blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, peaches, or nectarines all work well with this honey lime dressing.
Depending on your flavor preferences, try agave or maple syrup in place of honey.
If you don’t have a cherry pitter, simply use a paring knife to slice horizontally across each cherry, then gently twist to remove the pit.
