Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
¼ c cocoa powder
¼ c maple syrup
1 package silken tofu, (16 oz)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 avocado, peeled
Directions
Blend chia seeds in blender for several seconds.
Drain tofu of excess water and place on a paper towel.
Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
Chill mix in serving bowl.
Notes
Garnish with chopped nuts, berries, coconut, chocolate chips, mint, etc.
To make avocado frosting add 1 avocado and 2 tablespoons each of cocoa powder and maple syrup, blend/mix until smooth.
