Ingredients
1 c blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 c plain yogurt
1 medium ripe banana, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp chia seeds
fresh mint for garnish
Directions
Soak chia seeds in 4 Tbsp water for about 5 minutes.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add ice for a thinner blend.
