These resources detail important-to-know information about our movement-based classes as well as general details on regularly scheduled closures for all classes and programs, recommended participation level details to help determine a best fit for you, and other situations that may impact a live taught class or program.

Notes for Movement-based classes and programs: Basecamp’s movement-based programming welcomes participation across the varying levels of experience. We make best efforts to meet you where you are with fitness level, comfort of mobility, and general interest in a range of movement practices. It’s important to always consult your provider before beginning a new exercise routine. Individual class registration pages may share more with regards to recommended equipment or alternative at-home items to use in lieu of purchased equipment.
