Registration for Goal Setting with Meaning + Purpose

This three-week series introduces you to the process of identifying a goal that purposefully connects with you. When you place meaning to a goal, this increases the likelihood you will continue efforts and behaviors to reach your desired goal. We will also explore a variety of goal setting models where you’ll experiment with each to find which works best for you.
