Registration for Identifying + Developing Behaviors
Formerly our Wellness is for Everyone series; we will define wellness to work through misconceptions and identify where and how wellness shows up within our own lives. We will explore the Wellness Wheel: identifying areas you’d like to experience growth, practicing celebration for what’s going well, and using self-compassion techniques when the path becomes challenging. Through engaging activities and conversation, you will create a wellness plan uniquely representative of you.
SCHEDULE: Virtual (via Microsoft Teams), Wednesdays, Mar. 5 - Apr. 9, 5:30-6:30 p.m. PT, 6-week series
