Our In the Kitchen nutrition programming brings together experts within Providence who offer a variety of education and programs centered around a very important heart health topic, nutrition.

When it comes to nutrition, we feel that knowledge is power. We have combined our nutrition education with cooking classes and official curriculum recipes, so you can take it all the way from “classroom” to kitchen table — learning heart-healthy tips, watching our chefs at the Providence Community Teaching Kitchen prepare great meal ideas, sharing those recipes, and then trying your hand as chef at home.
