YOGA

Yoga improves fitness and well-being. Research studies also show that it may improve heart disease risk factors like high blood pressure and stress, as well as reduce heart arrhythmia's like atrial fibrillation. We have assembled a collective of top local instructors to guide you in your practice.

TAI CHI

Slow and steady wins the race, not to mention it also helps with balance, flexibility, and a sense of inner peace. Our Tai Chi classes will help you slow down and center yourself, while also keeping your heart and body fluid and open. 

Our Tai Chi class runs for 8 weeks offering 16 total classes during each series.

HEART/MIND

Mindfulness is an art, and also a science. Our approach will help you clear your head and heart, enhance your perspective, and provide you with another set of tools to keep moving on your journey.
