YOGA

Yoga improves fitness and well-being. Research studies also show that it may improve heart disease risk factors like high blood pressure and stress, as well as reduce heart arrhythmias like atrial fibrillation. We have assembled a collective of top local instructors, and keep on the lookout on our calendar for free Warrior Wednesdays with our own CardiYogi Dr. Beckerman!

TAI CHI

Slow and steady wins the race, not to mention it also helps with balance, flexibility, and a sense of inner peace. Our Tai Chi classes will help you slow down and center yourself, while also keeping your heart and body fluid and open.
